Me too! I am a big baseball fan. I think my Braves are in a good position for next year and hope they give Bobby Cox one more championship before he retires. Have a great weekend.
For me it's about this game that I played everyday as a kid and that I now enjoy with my own children. I grew up a Giants fan and while living in Arizona, they imported a bunch of guys from the Giants and I watched Brenly and Williams win the World Series when I was doing my radio show. That spring, I wangled my way as a broadcaster into the dugouts and onto the field and regularly watched Bonds blast 'em in Spring Training practice. What a thrill. I even had the pleasure of having Barry look at me one day as I asked for an interview like, "and you are?" Just before he turned to his locker telling me it was time to amscray. Ah yes!
I'm Michael Najarian, perhaps best known as the host of Mars/Venus Radio and my work with Personal Growth Productions that helped the world discover the Mars/Venus book that became so famous. In grad school, I studied Psychology and Counseling, and became known for my work on marriage, gender differences and communication. Now I'm hanging out with my kids; teaching, speaking, writing, staying fit, living and loving! My new web site and blog are first steps towards finding old friends, making new ones and sharing the many things I have learned along the way.
